Ping your blog when update. (Free pinging services sites)

Over the past 12 months I’ve collected a variety of services to ping as soon as you update the blog. Here is a a list of those I have so far. Please note - you might not like to ping all of them every time as it takes a very long time for you post anything. The Pingomatic one during the top of the list automates the approach as well as pings various services for you every one of the at just once.
